DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE PUNE AND MUMBAI?
Yes, anywhere in the world. Tell us the city and the dates and we will be there. Travel and stay for the crew are planned with you and billed at cost.
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
We film the story, not just the event. We interview you, your family and your friends, and we hunt the candid moments most teams miss. The result is a film about the two of you, not a recording of a function.
TRADITIONAL OR CINEMATIC?
Both. Traditional video records the entire event, cut after cut, so nothing is lost. Cinematic turns the event into a movie with a story. Photography splits the same way: traditional covers the posed portraits, candid catches real moments as they happen. Most of our packages include both, with the crew sized so each side is covered.
HOW MANY FUNCTIONS CAN YOU COVER?
All of them. Engagement, mehendi, haldi, the ceremony and the reception. Packages are per day, so the plan scales from one evening to the whole week.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Per day, by crew size. The Candid Cut starts at ₹50,000 per day, The Feature at ₹75,000 per day, and The Director's Cut runs ₹90,000 to ₹1,00,000 per day. The Social Cut, a two-person social media crew, is ₹15,000 per day on its own or alongside any package. These figures give you an idea of what we charge, they are not written in stone. Every plan is customised to your functions and requirements, so get in touch for a proper quote.
HOW DO WE CONFIRM OUR DATES?
Your dates go on our calendar once the agreement is signed and the advance is received. Until then we hold them informally, so the earlier you confirm, the safer your dates.
WHEN DO WE GET OUR FILMS AND PHOTOS?
A teaser lands first, fast. Delivery dates for the highlight film, feature edit and gallery are agreed at kickoff and written into your plan.
WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE AT OUR WEDDING?
A handpicked team of highly skilled professionals, sized to your plan and led by the Hexareel masterminds.
DO WE GET THE RAW FILES?
Yes, raw files are included. We hold the raw footage for six months after delivery, so take all your data once the project wraps.
